Packed full of protein, omega 3 and definitely yummy! One easy recipe for lunch box or for those days you need to make something quick.
What you need:
- 1 can salmon
- 1/2cup breadcrumbs
- 1 potato, diced/boiled and mashed
- 1/4cup sweet corn
- 1 egg
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Shape to flat patties.
- Heat 3tbsp of oil on a frying pan, and fry each patty until golden brown on each sides.
