Salmon Patties

Packed full of protein, omega 3 and definitely yummy! One easy recipe for lunch box or for those days you need to make something quick.

What you need:

  • 1 can salmon
  • 1/2cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 potato, diced/boiled and mashed
  • 1/4cup sweet corn
  • 1 egg

How to:

  • Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  • Shape to flat patties.
  • Heat 3tbsp of oil on a frying pan, and fry each patty until golden brown on each sides.
