This is a great alternative to ham & cheese toast. But this is a lighter alternative. Video of this recipe is on our instagram page. Great for lunch boxes!
What you need:
- Multigrain (or other types) wrap
- Grated cheese
- Cherry tomatoes
- Ham slices
- Place all fillings on half of the wrap, then close the wrap.
- Place closed wrap on heated pan and place something heavy like a small plate on the closed wrap to ensure it stays closed.
- Flip the wrap after about 10-15 minutes on low heat or until it’s golden brown. Make sure both sides are golden brown.
