Tuna Salad on Crispy Wholemeal Basket

A trick I learnt with your normal store-bought wraps is to place them in a bowl, push it down so the wrap touch the bottom of the bowl and the sides of the wrap naturally waves. Spray wrap with butter/olive oil spray and place in oven (160 degrees) for 15mins or until they are crispy!

Now, as for the salad.. you put it in what you like and/or what you have in the fridge! I put lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, egg and tuna. But you can add other things like sweet corn, carrots, cucumber or even celery.
