What you need:
- 1 chicken breast – diced to nugget size
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 1 egg – beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- Place chicken in a bowl, add corn flour and mix to coat.
- Add egg to the bowl and coat all chicken pieces.
- Add breadcrumb, paprika, turmeric and Italian herbs into the bowl and mix to coat. You can also add 1tsp garlic powder and onion for extra flavour.
- Shallow fry the chicken pieces until golden brown.
